Sins of an Actual ArtistThere have been many times throughout my stay on this cesspool parading itself around as an art website where people have brought up the inner purpose of art. It has come to my attention that there are entire communities of people who either agree and disagree with the notion that "technical competence" has any sort of relevance in creating artwork. From what I have been told, it is assumed that without the proper development of all of my skills means that I am incompetent, and as if I perpetrated some unholy crime against the art world for not doing so. In truth, I blow off bettering myself as an artist because I am an uncaring, egocentric, stubborn, mule-faced, self appreciating, gloating, boastful, condescending, hypocritical bastard who is completely content with where I am at now.
